Delete your Unlokid account & data

This page explains how to permanently delete your Unlokid account and everything in it — including your children’s profiles. You can do it yourself in under a minute, or ask us to do it for you.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to the parent dashboard at www.unlokid.com.
- Go to Account → Privacy & data.
- Select “Delete my account” and confirm.
Or ask us to delete it
If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify that you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your parent account, every child profile, all quiz history and results, earned time, vocabulary and progress, paired devices, custom subjects, and any files you uploaded. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
What we keep
We keep only the limited records the law requires — for example billing and tax records held by our payment processor — and only for as long as we are legally required to, after which they are deleted. Privacy-minimized analytics events are deleted together with your account.
