Privacy policy

Unlokid (“we”, “us”) processes information you and your children provide when using the service: account details (through our authentication provider), child profiles, quiz summaries and scores, device pairing data, notification preferences, and optional files you upload for custom quizzes.

We use this data to operate the service, process subscriptions where applicable, send alerts you opt into, and maintain security and reliability. We do not sell personal data. Some tasks rely on trusted subprocessors (for example authentication, payments, email, and cloud hosting), who may process data on our instructions.

Retention, export, and deletion options for your household are described in the parent app under Account → Privacy & data. Quiz answers may be processed to produce scores and learning signals; you can export or delete account data from that screen subject to technical limits.
